A graduate of the Georgetown University ICF-certified coaching program and member of the International Coach Federation, David is an Executive Coach and President of Leadership Unleashed. He and his network of coaches, each trained, each with 20+ years of professional executive experience, provide individualized leadership development to executives and companies worldwide. Before dedicating himself to Executive Coaching full-time in 2003, David spent eight years on the leadership team at Charles Schwab & Company. As COO/SVP of their Institutional Division, he led a technology subsidiary that produces and services portfolio management and customer relationship management software. Prior to that, David was Founder and GM of Schwab’s Mutual Fund Clearing Services—a start up he led from inception to double-digit pre-tax profitability, to $21 billion in client assets, in three years time. David was accountable for its entire P&L, including financial targets, strategy, sales, marketing, technology, operations, and client services. During the ten years prior to his move to Schwab, David worked as a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse in a practice serving financial service operations, strategy, and technology. Earlier, at Putnam Investor Services, David’s roles included client services and project management. David’s business career began in the mail room of a bank just outside of Boston. |
