"I've never met a leadership team that didn't want to work together more effectively.  Yet it's not always the right time for coaching a team.  I've found that it's best when the team itself decides to bring in a coach.  Then, there's nothing like team coaching to help you all achieve your goals."

Team Coaching

Team coaching is a great way to take a leadership team to the next level.  We start with an assessment using one of a number of tools, or simply interviews, both one-on-one, and coach-on-team.  Then we debrief the team.  Next we set goals for team development, and work together for a predetermined period of time to achieve those goals.  Teams, like individuals, need help from time to time to take a good hard look in the mirror and see what needs changing for themselves.  Each leadership team coaching engagement is tailored to reach the most meaningful outcomes to the team, and the organization. The outcomes are explicit, pragmatic, and have milestones that can be tracked along the way.  Each engagement ends with a follow up assessment, and a post-coaching action plan to guide the team through another year of development following coaching.
