Coaching

Executive coaching provides you a private and highly focused way to set and achieve the goals you find most meaningful as a leader.

Once you've selected a coach and had a consultation to make sure they're a good fit for you, here's our approach:

1. Your coach meets with you to gain a complete picture of your professional history, current situation, key concerns, and to brainstorm with you your highest priority goals.

2. Next, your coach will usually suggest either interviewing those reporting to you, peers, and others, or conducting a convenient leadership assessment using a state-of-the-art tool called the Leadership Circle Profile, and/or review any in-house evaluations that you may have already received or done.

3. Your coach works with you to define achievable outcomes that you find highly rewarding and will also address any major concerns.

4. Your coach customizes a coaching plan with you that includes goals, and how you will work together (e.g., frequency, face-to-face, phone, and the length of each meeting, given your work and travel schedule) such that the specific outcomes will be achieved. The plan also includes specific success and failure measures.

5. Conduct coaching conversations and work together. Provide feedback, questions, suggestions and action plans to help you.

6. Conduct monthly progress check-ins, including process and progress versus outcomes.  Once your coaching work is done, we discuss and finalize an ongoing development plan for you to continue the work we started together over the months that follow.
