For most executive coaching projects there is a single overall project fee, presented / agreed in advance, billed in monthly increments as a flat monthly rate. Typically one third of the overall engagement fee is billed at the outset. Thereafter, billing is done by invoice on a monthly basis for that month's portion of the total agreed-upon fee.
